Symphon-E App enerixControl

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the "Symphon-E App enerixControl". You are welcome to send us your suggestions so that we can further improve the quality of our products.

1.1. Visualization and configuration in the FEMS Online Monitoring

After installing the Symphon-E App enerixControl, you will see the following widget in your live monitoring:

The following information is displayed in the widget:

  • Override mode: ON or OFF.

  • State: indicates whether an override by Symphon-E App enerixControl is currently taking place.

    • no override: the Heckert Solar system is currently not overridden.

    • Override: the Heckert Solar system is currently controlled by Symphon-E App enerixControl.

Click on the widget to open the detailed view of the EMS app:

  1. Open the detailed view of the EMS App to activate the override by Symphon-E App enerixControl.

  1. Select " AN" in the "Mode" tab and confirm your change by clicking on the blue tick.

  2. The override is then activated by the Symphon-E App enerixControl.

Consumption

You can see the current discharging/charging power in the separate consumption widget in FEMS Online Monitoring.

2. Redeeming the license key

  • First, redeem the license key that you received with your invoice.

  • Start in FEMS Online Monitoring.

  1. Click on the burger menu in the FEMS Online Monitoring at the top left.

  2. Click on "Settings".

  1. Click on the blue arrow next to the EMS App Center button.

  1. In the App Center, click on "Redeem license key" in the top right-hand corner.

  1. Enter the license key and confirm the entry with "Redeem license key".

3. Installing the app

  • The starting point for installing the app is the EMS App Center.

  • Click on the Symphon-E App enerixControl tile under "Interfaces".

  1. On this page, click on "Install app".

  1. An installation field appears in which a URL must be entered.
    → This is generated in the enerixControl app.

3.1. Establish a t-shaped connector to enerixControl

  • Download the enerixControl app to your smartphone or tablet from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Open the enerixControl app on your device.

  • Tap on "Register" at the bottom left.

  1. Fill in the registration mask and then tap on "Register".

  1. If your registration is successful, this window will appear and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  2. Open the email on the same device and tap on the confirmation link.

  3. A confirmation screen will appear.

  4. Select "Back".
    → You will now see the login screen.

  5. Log in with your data

  1. In the following screen, tap on the "Devices" tab at the bottom.

  1. Tap on "Add device".

  1. Tap on "Measuring system".

  1. Select the PV system  1 kW option.

  1. Select "Heckert Solar" from the list.

  1. The next step is to verify the account.

  1. The API URL is then displayed.

  2. Copy the displayed URL to your clipboard.

  1. Paste the URL in the EMS installation field from section 3

  1. After confirming the data protection notice, the Symphon-E App enerixControl can be installed.

  1. Once the installation is complete, Symphon-E App enerixControl can be found in the EMS App Center under "Interfaces".

  1. enerixControl can now be used in conjunction with EMS.
