2. Installing the app

  • Start in the EMS Online Monitoring.

  1. Click on the burger menu at the top left in EMS Online Monitoring.

  2. Click on "Settings".

  1. Click on the blue arrow next to the EMS App Center button.

  1. Navigate to "Interfaces" and click on the tile Symphon-E App clever-PV.

  1. Then click on "Install app".

  1. An installation field appears in which a URL must be entered.
    → This is generated by clever-PV.

2.1. Establish a connection to clever-PV

  • Open the link: clever-PV , the online Home Energy Management System (HEMS), in a new browser tab.

    • On a mobile device: Alternatively, download the clever-PV app.

  • Click on "Register" at the bottom left.

  1. Fill in the registration form and then click on "Register".

  1. If your registration is successful, this window will appear and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  2. Open the e-mail and click on the link.

  1. Select "Back".
    → You will now see the login screen.

  2. Log in with your data

  1. Click on "Start setup" in the following screen.

  1. Choose the right measuring system depending on the size of your PV system.

  1. Select "Push API" from the list.

  1. The next step is to verify the account.

  1. The API URL is then displayed.

    1. This URL is sometimes incomplete at this point (code=).

    2. In this case, complete the device setup by clicking "Save."

    3. Then go to "Devices" and open the "Settings" for the device you just set up.

    4. The full URL you need to install Symphon-E App is displayed there.

  2. Copy the displayed URL to your clipboard.

  1. Paste the URL in the Heckert Solar installation field

  1. After confirming the data protection notice, the app can be installed.

  1. Once the installation is complete, clever-PV can be found in the EMS App Center under "Interfaces (Installed)".
